When jobs require mass production, the Silca Unocode F800 is an all-in-one solution for duplicating flat keys. This machine has an automatic key feeder and will cut, engrave and sort keys up to 100 at a time. 

The automatic feeder is a First-In-First-Out process with a capacity of roughly 100 keys with a 2.5mm thickness but is able to manage keys with a thickness between 1.8-4mm. About 90 keys with 5 pins can be cut and engraved in an hour. It is still possible to manually cut keys without removing the feeder assembly. A bottom front facing sorter is easy to access with a sensor to detect when full.

The F800 has WI-FI and Ethernet capabilities with 4 USB ports and a HDMI port for monitor, keyboard and mouse attachments.

Comfortability and Safety
The machine is completely enclosed with a safety shield that opens and closes automatically when starting or ending a cycle. The shield contains two microswitches and stops automatically if obstructed. This machine features a large working for ease of and a swarf tray below the cutting area offers easy cleanup after operations.

The structure of the Unocode is designed to absorb vibrations and reduce noise. The enclosed nature of the working area is made to reduce noise during engraving and cutting. There is less vibrations due in part to the new 80 teeth cutter.

Automated double-sided marking reduces process time and reduces mistakes. There is no need to install a separate tool or move the key manually. Both key sides can be independently marked.

Ergonomic Clamp
The Unocode F800 features a customizable clamp specially with designed upper and lower jaws. The clamp can be customized on two sides to take on a variety of special key profiles. The modular jaw system can be expanded with other jaws to cut over variety of keys. The V4 clamp holds residential keys from 1-4mm thickness.
