Shipping policy
All orders are shipped on the same day or next day depending on the time the order is received.
Orders shipping with USPS will ship same-day if received before 3:00 pm EST. USPS delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders shipping with FedEx will ship same-day if received by 4:00 pm EST. FedEx Express shipments are guaranteed to arrive by the day quoted if the order is received before 4:00 pm EST.
FedEx Priority Overnight orders will arrive next-day by 10:30 am to most business addresses and 12 pm to most residential addresses. FedEx Standard Overnight will arrive by 4:30 pm to most business addresses and 8 pm to most residential addresses.
Orders placed on Friday with overnight shipping will arrive on Monday unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested.
For orders over $99, please select “Economy” shipping at checkout to receive free USPS First Class shipping. For orders over $250, please select “FREE Fedex Express 2 Day” at checkout for free 2 day shipping.
Orders over $3,000 will be insured for 20% the total product value. These orders will also require a signature upon delivery unless declined in writing.
Orders that include programming devices or lockout tools will be offered free ground shipping rather than free FedEx 2-day shipping.
Any orders with mixed items (programming devices and keys) will ship via Ground unless previously requested otherwise. Best Key Supply might issue a split shipment on your order based on ease and product availability. You will not be charged additional for a split shipment unless stated prior.

For orders of more than 100 items please allow an additional day of handling
Delivery dates will be estimated upon purchase through the carrier selected but are solely an estimate. Best Key Supply is not to be held liable for late or delayed packages due to shipping carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be generated by the shipping carrier and you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a status update.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated for sales based on the customer's location.
Shipping Address
Bestkeysupply.com will use the shipping address provided on the customer’s order. If an incorrect address has been entered and the package is returned to our facility we will ship the package again only after the new shipping costs are paid for by the customer and a correct and verified shipping address is provided. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for this lost package and you will not receive a replacement.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Bestkeysupply.com will use best shipping practices including proper labeling and packaging to ensure that the product reaches its final destination. Tracking information is provided on every order. Bestkeysupply.com is not responsible for lost packages or delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier. If you suspect that your package may be lost or delayed please contact the shipping carrier. Shipping costs charged by bestkeysupply.com are non-refundable under any and all circumstances. If you wish to receive a shipping refund due to a lost or delayed package please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
Backorders
All backordered products will be shipped Ground at no additional charge unless stated prior.
Battery Life
All products that we supply which require a battery to function will have the necessary battery included in or with the product. All batteries are tested before leaving our facility to ensure they are operating strongly. Please be advised that the equipment used by the USPS to track and scan packages may deplete the strength of the battery by the time it reaches you.
Order Fulfillment in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
Orders placed by customers residing in Massachusetts and Rhode Island will only be fulfilled if the customer has a business account with Best Key Supply and is operating within the locksmith industry. Any orders placed by customers who do not have a valid business account will have their orders canceled and a refund issued.
Purchasing Locksmith Tools
A valid business account will be required for the purchase of any specialized locksmith tools or equipment, including but not limited to:
- Programming Devices
- Lockout Tools
- Lock Picking Tools
The purchase of these items without a valid business account with us will be subject to cancellation and refund if a business account is not created within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
