Returns & Refunds

We accept product returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We test and inspect all items prior to leaving our facility.

Customers who have an account with us will have access to return items with no expiration date. 

Services such as Programming Services, Unlocking Services, and Key Cutting Services are non-refundable. 

Equipment such as programmers, cloners, and key machines are non-refundable once open. 

To initiate a return, please email support@bestkeysupply.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for requesting the return. To expedite the process please provide as much information as possible as to the reason for your return. If approved we will forward you an RMA Number which will need to be visible on the outside of the return package. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless previously stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the item returning to our facility and we strongly suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance. 

We process all returns within 7-14 business days of receipt and will promptly issue a refund or credit for the product cost following inspection of the returned item. A refund will not be issued if the returned item has been used, cut, or programmed and if there are visible signs of wear that were not present prior to leaving our facility. Please be very clear when initiating a return about the reason for your return. For items that were used and faulty, a partial or full refund may be issued on a case by case basis. 

If the return is approved you will receive store credit for the entire item value unless the item is being returned in an altered or used condition. 

Returns to initial method of payment will incur a processing fee of 7%

Items that were listed as new and were used by the buyer will be accepted for return on a case by case basis. A 25% restocking fee may apply. New OEM keys returned will be checked for locked/unlocked status - if the chip status cannot be read and we cannot determine whether the item is being returned in a usable state a 50% restocking fee may apply. 

If an order is canceled before it is shipped we will refund the item value + shipping value, minus a 2.9% processing fee. 

Xhorse Warranty Details
We offer a 1 year machine/programmer warranty on select products. If you are having an issue with a product please follow these steps:
  • Contact our support team to report the issue
  • We will diagnose the issue - note that depending on the issue we may send videos or instructions on how to run diagnostics and may require photos/videos of the issue occurring to best determine next steps
  • For parts replacement that can be resolved by the customer we will ship the parts to you - if available in stock we will ship from our stock otherwise for lesser used parts we will order from China 
  • For all other parts replacements/repairs customer will be responsible for round trip shipping of the machine/programmer to our facility for repair.
