The cable is designed to work with Ford ADC2259 software and ADC2020 Emulator to handle All Keys Lost. It connects directly to the BCM of Ford or Lincoln models with an active alarm system.  This connection makes it possible for the Smart Pro to read the data necessary to emulate keys without interference from the active alarm.
