The Condor XC-003 consists of an aluminum body manufactured by German made DMG CNC machines. This structure makes the Condor durable while the machine retains its light weight easy-to-carry features.

The tungsten steel cutters along with a 200W DC motor are able to cut various side-open metal keys efficiently. With power comes precision and the fine micro-adjustable probe can compensate for cutter and key wear and tear variances to achieve duplications within a margin of .01mm error.

User-friendly Controls:

The Condor itself is an engineering endeavor based on combined ergonomics and modern aesthetics.

Designed for comfort and ease, the streamlined drive handle gives off precise control with adjustable operational angles and has a self-resetting / self-locking design that requires users to continuously press down the handle to lock and reset the working table.

A flexible 4 sided clamp is included which allows for smooth transition in switching working sides easily with as little as just using one hand to operate. The wide clamp spacing allows for 112mm of space for cutting extra long flip keys directly.

The machine also has conveniently placed high-brightness LED lights for easy viewing in extra dim environments. It also includes a detachable and spatter-proof brush for polishing and finishing of key surfaces.

Safety Features:

Safety features include power switch protection on the power cable port and in the machine to protect against power outages and surges. A Safety shield is also equipped to prevent flying debris.

The workbench will be locked when repositioning clamps as a safety precaution and users are able to press down the self-locking workbench handle for an emergency stop if needed.
