Futura M400 delivers on unhindered performance and precision while being a compact all-in-one key cutting machine. This machine features a dual cutting station where two jaws can be installed to efficiently swap between different kinds of keys. This unique solution to time-saving measures creates a versatile workstation that can meet and expand service capabilities.

The machine comes with an adjustable 10-inch touchscreen display packaged with a user-friendly interface. From the display are easy access to software updates, key databases and machine functions. The M400 is able to connect and utilize MYKEYS Pro for expanded database access and functionality.

The M400 integrates the display screen to its start-up procedure where the illuminated on/off switch powers on the machine and also the display screen. This simultaneous boot operation makes for a quick efficient operation where one is primed and ready to go fast.   

A new motor driver and enhanced carriage control delivers reduced and quieter noise levels when cutting. The reinforced bodyshell is able to reduce vibration and lower noise while also improving durability.

Two stations are initially setup; one for flat and cruciform keys and the other for laser and dimple. Key cutting can be done in different ways and the machine itself has systems in place to ensure the best cuts. Keys can be cut by code or traced from an original. There is the option for unique optical decoding and decoding by electrical contact.

M400 features gauges for precise key positioning and automatic calibration of decoder and cutting stations. Clamps and jaws are easy to install and the WIDIA cutter for flat keys is durable enough for longevity without needing frequent replacement.
