This is a GT105 II unit with a full protocol OBDII universal breakout jumper cable.

The adapter is used for short circuiting OBDII in the car for IMMO activation matching, ECU diagnosis and programming. 

The jumper cable is used to connect ECUs for programming via OBD2 using methods like MMPS, FGTech, KessV2, and other tools.
